- Meet the federal requirements (and possibly some state/local ones, too),
- Choose the right type of license,
- Establish a compliant business and location,
- Submit your application to ATF, and
- Complete an interview with an ATF Industry Operations Investigator (NOT an ATF Agent).

Step 1 - Ensure You Meet FFL Requirements
Generally, you must be
